• ¿Con qué frecuencia viajas? ¿Prefieres viajar o eres una persona hogareña?
  I'm definitely more of a homebody. I have already done so much traveling around the United States. If I do anymore I'd like it to be out of the country but I’m not opposed to travel In the USA
• Cuéntanos acerca de la mejor experiencia que has tenido en la vida.
  The best experience I ever had was meditating one morning with my mother before she died. When had Been chanting together and then I played the gong. Afterwards we sang the longtime sun song and she said to me that's the first time she had felt the presence of god since she was six years old and her grandfather had died. All my hard work paid off in that instant. Because I helped my mama find her connection to her higher self.
• ¿Qué haces para divertirte?
  Honestly I play video games with my nephews and watch Disney shows with them. Other than that I guess taking care of my dogs and going on drives . I like to do outdoor things as well as parTy and have a good time
  
  Every person on this planet has a unique vibrational signature to the energy that corses through their body. Some people call this invisible fire that burns with in our soul. This quantum energy burns in each of regardless of our tending to it and even in our ignorance of its biological manifestation in our day to Day lives. Some of us however are aware of this sublime subtle energy and we take great care to regularly mend our souls through good karma and routine self care. The more attention we pay to it the more attentive it is to us. The intent to clean our souls and free up negative karma is turned into quality quantum energy that can be felt by others on a very real and sometimes not so subtle biological arena. This energy is what leads others to instinctively know if someone is a trustworthy and good person

  Probably gonna have to go with spirituality and yoga. I'm a trained kundalini yoga instructor and have always had a very mature grip on my spiritual nature

  I took the time out of my life to learn Kundalini Yoga and the spirituality that surrounds that practice. I learned it so that I could teach it to my mom. I taught it to my mom so that before she passed away she had the experience of spirituality. for the first time since she had been six years old and she lost her grandfather to an accident she said she felt god again.

  I have , probably like people that everybody else knows, set a series of goals to accomplish for myself and I have achieved them. now the reason that I'm here is for other people . For the things that they need me or want me to do ..I like to think that the reason I'm still here is because the people that have loved me have made me to come here and I'm here to serve them.

  I probably talk more about my family where I come from. I talk about my mom because she's important as to who I became and how I became what I am . I will talk about my experiences living in Los Angeles because those were good times and I do a lot of fun stuff and I would talk about movies and I like to watch
• ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de ti?
  I think the thing I enjoy most about myself is my unique out of the box thinking. I tend to have that and optimistic perspective on things and I am contagious with that
• ¿Cuáles son tus pasatiempos e intereses?
  In my spare time I guess I study and watch movies play with my dogs practice yoga right and take care of my nephews
• ¿Qué tipo de dieta y rutina de ejercicios sigues?
  I'm trained to teach Kundalini Yoga I practice Kundalini Yoga mantra and chanting . this keeps me very tight and fit it also keeps me very aware of the things that I put into my body . I'm not saying I don't put bad things in my body Its just that I'm very aware of them
