I dont know anything about what I am doing its all made up as I go along.
I am not the best at anything except being who I am right here right now.
I take words and characterizations of me very seriously it is a weakness.

Will it destroy or deter me ? ....... NOPE .....
it will empower me to continue to be and stay true to who I am.
No blogger reporter reviewer friend enemy can take away anything from what I do as a human.
I have come too far and have endured plenty worse
I have lots of feelings I am so grateful I do.
I want to live fearless it is a goal not a destination.
Be kind to one another.

My life is the extra mile I am 48 I feel like a 30 year old but I try to act like an 8 year old hero of mine.
I made some promises to a few of the heroes in my life I want to keep them.
The one promise I have never broken is I promised a judge " I would do the best I can " I think I have done ok so far I made that promise over 10 years ago and I am still here.

I care about my work I truly am grateful to be working and living beyond my wildest dreams.
To have gone to the places I have gotten to go I have been able to experience the world good, bad ,poor , rich & otherwise.
To have touched base with mountain gorillas to swim with whales sharks manta rays to be surrounded and supported for so many years by an industry of men that have never been given a book on how to do what we do yeah . To be present for men during grief coming out or huge life changing events I would say that is just a gift.
I try to stay useful helpful and with eyes wide open. I hope that translates very well in many places including the bedroom or at the dinner table.
